THE STORY BEHIND ARTEFACTORY
Built by Hand. Driven by Passion.
It started with a Lego set, grew through a decade of CAD design, and came to life during a pandemic lockdown. Fabrice Permal taught himself CNC machining from scratch, bought his first 3D printer during a national curfew, and built Artefactory from the ground up — selling his own cars to fund the dream. Today, Artefactory crafts custom wood engravings, acrylic pieces, personalised trophies, moon lamps, business signage and more, all from a workshop right here in Mauritius.
Artefactory is more than a business — it's the fruit of my passion for creation and design. I want to show that craftsmanship still has a role to play in our digital world.
